PubHarbor is a best-effort viewer and archive converter—not a Publisher editor. It never changes the source file.
Review compatibility
Check warnings before relying on an export. Unavailable fonts may be substituted, and unsupported embedded objects appear as diagnostic placeholders.
Restore Pro
Use “Restore Purchases” with the Apple Account that bought PubHarbor Pro. The lifetime unlock is a non-consumable App Store purchase.
Keep your source
Export to a separate destination. Mac batch conversion intentionally skips existing outputs and never overwrites source documents.
Supported systems
PubHarbor requires iOS or iPadOS 17 or later, or macOS 14 or later. It opens compatible Microsoft Publisher .pub files. Results vary with Publisher generation, fonts, linked media, and embedded objects.
If a document will not open
- Confirm that it is a real
.pubfile, not a renamed PDF or Word document. - Copy cloud-hosted files fully to the device before importing.
- Try the bundled example to confirm the viewer itself is working.
- Keep the original file and review the error or compatibility report.

Email support@eutopixlabs.io with the device model, operating-system version, PubHarbor version, and the exact error message. Do not send confidential files. If a sample is necessary, send only a file you are legally permitted to share.
Billing and refunds
Apple handles payment, family account rules, and refunds. Restore purchases inside the app first. For refund requests, use Apple’s Report a Problem service.
